• You need a Skoggy account to earn or redeem berries

• Most berries appear in your dashboard within 24 hours

• Some rewards (like referrals or tags) require approval

• Berries don’t expire unless clearly marked in a promo

• One account per person. No funny business.

To start earning berries, just create a Skoggy account! Once you're logged in, you'll begin collecting berries instantly on any eligible action. No subscription or extra app required—just you and your plushie journey.

Already made a purchase or performed a reward-eligible action without being logged in? Don’t worry.

• Proof of purchase or activity (e.g. screenshots of order receipts)
  Once you create an account, we’ll gladly credit the berries you earned retroactively. Promise.
