🔍 How to Track Your Skoggy Step-by-Step
We know how exciting (and sometimes stressful) it can be to wait for your Skoggy to arrive — especially if it’s a gift or a much-needed comfort buddy. Here’s exactly how to track your order from our hands to your home:
📧 1. Check Your Email
You’ll receive two important emails after placing an order:

Order Confirmation – sent immediately after checkout

Shipping Confirmation – sent when your order ships, including your tracking number and a link to your personalized tracking page
Can’t find them? Search “Skoggy” in your inbox or check spam/promotions folders. If you still can't find them, reach out to us at support@skoggy.com and we'll make sure you have them and that your notifications are working properly.
🌐 2. Use Our Tracking Page
The easiest way to stay updated is through our tracking portal:
Just enter your order number and your email address. You’ll see live updates, including every step from packing to delivery.
🧭 3. Track on USPS (Optional)
If your tracking update includes something like: “Last mile => USPS, number ####...” That means your order will be delivered by USPS and now has a USPS-specific number.
Paste that number into USPS.com for additional updates once USPS receives it. Their scan history may show location-specific details sooner than our system does.
🔄 What Each Tracking Status Means
Use this section to understand exactly what’s happening at each step.
✅ “Order Processed by Shipper”
What it means: Your Skoggy has been fully packed and is awaiting a scheduled carrier pickup.
Next step: Carrier picks up within 1-3 business days unless there are issues with the shipping info (address, weight, etc.).
Time to delivery: 1-2 weeks to North America, Europe, and Oceania. 3-6 weeks to other regions.
🧾 “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”
What it means: Your USPS label has been printed, but the package hasn’t been handed off to them yet. This has no affect on the shipping process, as USPS may create the label at any time before the third-party carrier is ready to hand off the order.
Next step: No change.
Time to delivery: No change.
📦 “Pickup Scan”
What it means: Your package has been collected by the carrier and is now in transit.
Next step: Expect a new status within 24 hours.
Time to delivery: 1-2 weeks to North America, Europe, and Oceania. 3-6 weeks to other regions.
🧮 “Processing Information Input”
What it means: The carrier is verifying shipment info (address, weight, etc.).
Next step: Usually resolves within a few hours.
Time to delivery: No change, but still on track unless issues arise (we’ll contact you if needed).
📨 “Last Mile => USPS, Number ###...”
What it means: Your USPS tracking number has been assigned, but USPS may not have the item yet.
Next step: Use the USPS tracking number on USPS.com to track progress.
Time to delivery: No change, but less than 1 week once in USPS hands.
🚚 “Facility – Outbound”
What it means: Your Skoggy has left one shipping facility and is on the way to the next. The location of the facility may be included here.
Next step: Transit to a regional or international hub.
Time to delivery: 5-10 business days to North America, Europe, and Oceania. 2-5 weeks to other regions.
🌐 “International Shipment Release – Import”
What it means: Your order is clearing customs from its origin country.
Next step: Await “Port of Departure” update.
Time to delivery: 5-10 business days to North America, Europe, and Oceania. 2-5 weeks to other regions.
✈️ “Port of Departure – Departure”
What it means: Your Skoggy has left by air or sea toward your country.
Next step: Await “Port of Destination – Arrival” update.
Time to delivery: 5-10 business days to North America, Europe, and Oceania. 2-5 weeks to other regions.
🛬 “Port of Destination – Arrival”
What it means: Your package has reached the destination country and is awaiting domestic transfer.
Next step: Delivery handed off to the local carrier.
Time to delivery: 3-7 business days to North America, Europe, and Oceania. 1-4 weeks to other regions.
📨 “Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item”
What it means: USPS is preparing for delivery but hasn’t received the physical package yet.
Next step: No change.
Time to delivery: No change.
🏢 “Destination – Arrival/Scan, (Location)”
What it means: Your Skoggy has reached a regional carrier facility.
Next step: Will be either sorted out for last mile delivery if within your region or transported to a closer facility.
Time to delivery: 1-5 business days to North America, Europe, and Oceania depending on how close the location is to you. 1-3 weeks to other regions.
🚛 “In Transit – Inbound, (Location)”
What it means: Your order is being imported to at a regional hub and prepping for the next leg.
Next step: Transit to another closer facility or final post office.
Time to delivery: 1–5 business days.
📤 “In Transit/Distribution Center – Outbound, (Location)”
What it means: It’s now leaving a distribution center and heading to the next.
Next step: Usually followed by “Out for Delivery.”
Time to delivery: 1–3 business days.
🚐 “Out for Delivery, (Location)”
What it means: It’s on the truck and will be delivered today!
Next step: Be ready — your Skoggy is almost home.
Time to delivery: Same day.
🎉 “Delivered, (Location)”
What it means: It’s here! Your Skoggy has officially arrived.
Next step: Gently open the vacuum seal and give your plush time to re-inflate and fluff up.
