🧸 What Is Skoggy Care?
We want you to love your plush friends as much as we do. Our Skoggy Care Protection Warranty covers damages or mistakes with free replacements—and 30 days of protection comes free with every order.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Or you can purchase lifetime coverage for a reasonable cost before or after delivery.
No stress—no hassle—just hugs. ❤️
📅 What’s Covered — and When
Every order comes with 30 days of Skoggy Care, automatically included from the day your plush is delivered. During this time, you’re eligible for a full refund or a free exchange — whether due to a defect, receiving the wrong variant, or simply changing your mind.
After the 30-day window, Skoggy Care continues to cover free exchanges only, as long as your extended protection is active, and only for the same product — not a different plush or item.
Covered issues:

All defect related issues such as stitching flaws.

All damage related issues such as torn seams after regular use or even damage from a mischievous pet.
Not covered (after 30 days of delivery):
Non-defect/damage related issues such as if the item is lost, you changed your mind, or you’re hoping to exchange for a different style.
Note: Any return reason is covered within 30 days of delivery. In all cases, we kindly ask that the original item be sent back before a replacement or refund is issued.

✅ Eligible for Skoggy Care

Your plush arrives with uneven stuffing or a minor tear.

In each of these cases, your product is eligible for an exchange of the original product for a new version of the exact same product, or a return for a full refund if within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Not Eligible for Skoggy Care

You changed your mind after 30 days and no damage or defect is present.

You want to exchange one style for another after 30 days of delivery.

You ordered a gift for someone and they couldn't fit it in their new apartment a year from now.

You lost your product.
In each of these cases, either an exchange of your original product for a new version of the exact same product wouldn't be possible or make sense, or a return for a full refund wouldn't apply as the 30-day return window has passed.
⏳ Extending Your Coverage
You can extend your Skoggy Care plan to lifetime coverage at any time whether before or after your order is placed. Costs may vary, but are usually calculated as follows:

Extending within 30 days of delivery — 10% of the product's current non-discounted store price.

Extending after 30 days of delivery — 30% of the product's current non-discounted store price.
📝 Requirements to Extend:

An image of the order receipt (usually sent by email).

The order was placed no more than 180 days ago.
✍️ Making a Claim
If anything ever happens where you need to redeem our Skoggy Care warranty and make an exchange, we're here to help! Visit Fix It with Skoggy Care and follow the instructions provided. Packaging and shipping instructions for returning will be sent after we verify your details.
🛡️ Misuse & Repeat Claims
We built Skoggy Care to be generous — but not abusable, as it costs us a lot each time the policy is used.
Because exchanged plushies — even if in perfect condition — are not rehomed unless never opened from the original package, it costs us a lot each time the policy is used. So repeated uses of Skoggy Care to exchange the same product without any defects or damages being present (even if they’ve purchased coverage) may result in a denied claim or suspension from the service. This ensures fairness for all customers and keeps our plush promise sustainable.
